How to return your John Lewis parcel
There are 3 quick and easy ways to return your John Lewis parcel:
1. Book your return online or using our app

2. Arrange for your friendly local courier to collect it from your door

3. Go to your nearest ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device
Just take your parcel and complete the whole process in-store. You can also use our Print In ParcelShop devices to print your label if you’ve booked online, but don’t have a printer at home
What you need to know for your John Lewis return
Here’s a quick guide on things to know and check before you return your John Lewis parcel (last reviewed: November 2024, for more details, check out the John Lewis returns policy and refund policy):
If you’re returning a camera, tablet or other gadget, make sure you remove any personal data before returning. They mustn’t have been manufacturer-registered, either
Unless faulty or damaged on receipt, you can only return items that are unused and in their original condition (with tags still attached)
Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact
Pierced jewellery, beauty products, personal care products and gift cards cannot be returned
Return jewellery or watches worth £500 or more in store rather than by post or courier
You cannot return a knife to John Lewis with Evri. Please request a return via the John Lewis website
