What services do we offer?

At Evri, we’re known for sending parcels directly to your door, but that’s not the only thing we do!

We offer a range of services to help you send parcels easily. There are 3 ways to send a parcel with Evri - simply drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker, or organise a Courier collection. You can also send parcels via our Standard service, or Next Day for even speedier delivery.

So, to help you understand how each can help with future deliveries, we’ve outlined each of the services we offer in more detail, below.

Pricing

At Evri, we like to keep prices as low as possible. You can send a parcel from £2.62, or use our Next Day delivery service, starting at just £3.20.

The price of sending your parcel depends on the weight and delivery method you choose. But our prices are competitive. So, we’ll always offer cheap (and speedy) delivery services to suit you.

Our delivery services

When sending a parcel with Evri, there are different delivery options available, such as Standard and Next Day delivery.

Standard delivery

You can send your parcels using our Standard delivery service, which usually takes 2-4 days.

Next Day delivery

You can send parcels quicker by choosing our Next Day delivery service. All you need to do is drop your parcel off at a Locker or ParcelShop before 12 noon.

Weekend deliveries

Convenience is key, and we know that arranging deliveries and collections on a Saturday or Sunday works with your schedule, so we’ve made it as easy as possible.

Couriers work over the weekend to get your parcels where they need to go! Offering courier collection, ParcelShop and Locker services mean your parcels can be sent any day of the week, including weekends.

ParcelShops, Lockers and Courier collections

Our different services help you send parcels easily. You can arrange for a courier to collect your parcel, or drop your package off at one of our ParcelShops or Lockers. But how do these services work?

ParcelShops

You can choose a ParcelShop online using our ParcelShop finder. All you need to do is package your items and take them there!

Lockers

We also have Lockers to take your parcels to – or collect your parcels from. Just scan your parcel label using the barcode scanner and place your item inside to be collected. Simple!

Courier collection

With our Courier collection service, you can book your parcel collection and leave the rest with us. A Courier will come and collect your parcel, and you can choose a collection day up to 7 days in advance.

Bulk Integrations

Our bulk integrations service lets you send multiple parcels at once. Parcels uploaded through our bulk integrations tool can be sent using our Standard delivery service or Next Day delivery, and it’s easy to send using a ParcelShop, Locker or Courier collection.

Postable parcels

We class even smaller parcels, like large letters, as postable parcels. These are parcels that usually fit through the letterbox, so you won’t need to be in for it to be delivered!

Small parcels

No delivery is too small for us to send. So, whether you’re sending clothes or posting a book, we can help.

Large parcel deliveries

If you want to send large parcels with us, such as children’s car seats, that’s no problem. You’ll just need to meet the requirements of our large parcels, then you can send them out to your lucky recipient.

The Evri mobile app

The Evri mobile app makes sending, tracking and returning your parcel even easier to manage. You can also divert your parcel, view safe place photos, update your delivery preferences and find a nearby ParcelShop or Locker.

Evri Video services

Did you know that when sending a parcel as a present for a birthday, or special event, or from your business, you can add a video message by using our Evri Video service?

Evri Video adds personalisation to your delivery, making it extra special for your chosen recipient. What’s better, this video service is easy and speedy to use, and you can use it as many times as you like!

Alexa and Google Assistant

As technology has evolved, so have our services. We know how busy life can get, so we’ve incorporated our services into Alexa and Google Assistant, to help you manage your parcels efficiently.  

These voice-assisted services help you manage your deliveries, just ask them to:

  • Find out where your parcel is
  • Ask when your parcel will arrive
  • Divert your parcel
