What is a ParcelShop

An Evri ParcelShop is where you can send, collect and return your parcels – with all the convenience of popping to your local corner shop.

Our ParcelShops are based in 9,000+ local businesses across the UK – and our network is growing. We also have 7,000+ Lockers, which you can use to send, collect and return parcels, 24/7. This makes them the ideal drop off point for your parcels.

Most of our ParcelShops have Print In ParcelShop devices – Book your parcel online to receive a QR code that you can bring in-store to print your label. Easy to use and completely self-service, our devices will save you time and hassle every time you send a parcel with a ParcelShop.

Your local shop to send, collect and return parcels

There are more than 9,000 ParcelShops across the UK – and most of them have a Print In ParcelShop device, so you can book online and just drop your parcel off, or do everything in the shop.

Three ways you can use your local ParcelShop

1. Send

Book your parcel online and drop it off at your most convenient ParcelShop. You can choose from both Standard and Next Day delivery.

There are three different ways to send your parcel from a ParcelShop.

  1. Book and pay for your parcel, print your label at home and drop your parcel in store when you’re ready.
  2. Book and pay online or via our app. You can then head to your nearest ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device to print your label and send your parcel.
  3. Head to your local Post Office branch to book, pay and print in one place.

2. Collect

Many retailers offer you the option to have your item delivered to a ParcelShop – look out for Evri ParcelShops as a delivery option in online retailer checkouts.

You can also have items delivered to Lockers if that’s more convenient. Both are ideal if you’re not sure if you’ll be in, or don’t have a safe place or neighbour to deliver to.

3. Return

Just like sending a parcel, you can return your items in three easy ways using a ParcelShop:

  1. Book your return online or using our app and print your label at home before dropping off your return at your ParcelShop.
  2. Book online or using our app. Then you can use a Print In ParcelShop device to print your returns label and send your parcel on its way.
  3. If your return is free, you can also head to your nearest ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device, where you can carry out the whole process in-store.
