Yes. If it’s a simple house name/number change, the easiest thing to do is ask the parcel recipient to divert the parcel to the correct house name/number. Check out our guide on how to divert a parcel for more information.
If your recipient needs a full address change, keep your eye on the tracking and contact our customer service team with the change you need once the parcel is with the courier.
We’ll do our best to get the parcel stopped and the address corrected before the delivery is made to the original address.
