I can't find my retailers name on the list?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a returns service for all retailers so if your retailer’s name isn’t showing they may not use Evri for their returns.

However, some retailers are also referred to by different names so we’d recommend contacting your retailer to find out if they use Evri for their returns and if so, what name they can be found under. If your retailer has confirmed that they do returns with Evri and you are unable to find them on our website, please visit Evri Parcel Returns where you should be able to find them.
