It’s important to make sure your item is securely packaged to prevent any damage and ensure it arrives safely. For a full list of packaging dos and don’ts, take a look at our guide on how to securely package items.
As soon as you’ve paid to send your parcel, you can print your label from a computer connected to a printer. We’ll also e-mail a copy of your label to you so you can print it later.
To print your label, you’ll need Adobe Reader software to view the label on your computer and send it to the connected printer.
If you don’t have Adobe Reader on your computer, or you’re having problems printing your label, then download the latest version of Adobe Reader software.
Once your label has printed, stick it securely to your parcel. Use clear sticky tape around the label edges. If you’re reusing packaging, be sure to remove any previous labels and stickers to avoid any confusion with your delivery.
If you’d prefer to print your label at a ParcelShop, you’ll have been sent a QR code which you can open on your smartphone or tablet to view.
Now take the QR code on your smartphone or tablet to one of our ParcelShops that have a printer. Scan your QR code at the Print In ParcelShop device, which will then print the label for you. Stick this to your parcel and give it to the shop assistant for sending. You’ll also receive a code that you can enter on the device instead of using your QR code.
