There are 3 quick and easy ways to return your H&M parcel:
Simply drop it off at a ParcelShop or Locker. Click the link at the top of the page to get started
and arrange for a friendly local courier to collect it from your home, work or wherever you like
You don’t need to do anything beforehand – just take your parcel with you, fill in your details using the Print In ParcelShop device, and send your return on its way

H&M returns are free
All parcels larger than 70cm x 50cm x 60cm can only be returned using Evri courier collection
You can return multiple orders or parcels at once, providing that you include all relevant returns notes
Make sure you fill in your H&M returns form and include it in your parcel. If you don’t have one, you can print a new copy from the H&M website
