What is an Evri Print in ParcelShop device?

You'll find Print In ParcelShop devices in most of our ParcelShops. They’re easy and convenient to use, without the queues. You can use them to:

Print labels in seconds – you don’t need a printer at home to send or return a parcel. Just book your parcel online to receive your Print In ParcelShop QR code, then once your parcel is boxed up you’re ready to make your way to a ParcelShop.

Our Print In ParcelShop devices are completely self-serve, minimising delays in getting your parcel on the move. One of our trusted in-store partners will always be present to help you out if you’re having trouble.

We see ParcelShops and our Print In ParcelShop devices as an easy alternative to many traditional postal services. Our ParcelShops have longer opening hours, most are open 7 days a week and have parking nearby.

Book and pay online, print in the ParcelShop

Whether you’re sending or returning a parcel, you can book and pay online, then use a QR code to print a label. Here’s how it works:

Book your parcel online to use a Print In ParcelShop device

With Evri, it’s easy to send a parcel with no printer required. With our simple online booking process, we’ll take all the details we need for you to head to your local ParcelShop and get your label printed. All you need to do is:

Print your parcel labels at a Locker

You can also easily print your parcel labels FOR FREE at an Evri Locker. Here’s how:

  1. Book your parcel online or via our app and select your preferred Evri Locker.
  2. When you complete your order, you’ll receive a QR code.
  3. Scan the QR code at the Locker terminal to print your label there and then!
  4. Attach the label to your parcel.
  5. Scan your barcode or manually enter the 16-digit barcode number to open a door.
  6. Place the parcel inside, close the door, and we’ll do the rest!

Please note, you can’t print labels at an InPost Locker.
