It's EASY to return a parcel

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a returns service for all retailers, so if your retailer’s name isn’t showing they might not use Evri for their returns. If you can’t find your retailer, we’d recommend contacting them to find out if they use Evri for their returns, as well as what name you’ll find them under.

If your retailer’s name isn’t on our list and we don’t return for them, please contact them directly to see what returns methods they use. We'd also recommend checking inside the package, as some retailers leave an insert with details on returning the item to them.

Yes, provided the retailer or seller uses Evri for their returns. First, check to see how the retailer or seller would like you to return your item. This could be a pre-printed label that came with your parcel, or your retailer might book it with us for you. Or, you can use our app or website to return it yourself.

Please allow 14 days from the time you returned your item. It can sometimes take a while for the retailer or seller to confirm they’ve received your parcel.

If 14 days have passed since you sent your item back, and your retailer says that they haven’t received it, please let your retailer know so they can investigate. If you’ve paid postage for your return, then please contact our customer services team at ReturnsSupport@evri.com – they’ll investigate it for you.

When your parcel is on its way back to the retailer, you’ll see the message ‘On its way back to the retailer’ as your final tracking point. From this point, you’ll know that we’ve handed your parcel back to your retailer, they’ll notify you either when they receive the parcel, or when the refund is complete. 

Costs vary for different sellers and retailers, and some offer free returns with us. We recommend contacting the retailer directly if you have any questions about costs, or look on their app or website by searching for the returns section. You can also book your return with us, and you’ll be given a price once you’ve provided us with the details about your parcel.
