How does it work?
Before you follow the steps below to book a delivery to a ParcelShop, make sure your recipient is happy with this service, and you’ll also need your recipient’s email address. We’ll use this to notify them when their parcel has arrived and is ready to collect.
If the parcel hasn’t been collected within 10 days, it will be returned. Your recipient will need to bring a form of identification to collect their parcel. A debit or credit card, passport, UK driving licence or utility bill will be accepted.

Book online
Start booking your parcel delivery on Evri.com. You’ll just need to keep an eye out when choosing your parcel delivery location, so you can select ‘deliver to a ParcelShop’.
Drop off your parcel
Take the parcel to your nearest ParcelShop. Don’t have a printer? No problem! You can use our Print in ParcelShop service to print your label for free.
Recipient can collect the parcel
We’ll email your recipient when their parcel is ready for collection. With convenient locations, longer opening hours and free nearby parking, collecting a parcel has never been easier! Remember to check the recipient’s email address is correct, so they can receive important delivery updates on their items.

- The discounted prices are available for parcels weighing between 0 and 5kg for Standard and Next Day deliveries.
- All prices shown include VAT.
- Our unbeatable prices are compared against our UK competitors when you purchase directly, not including a third party or reseller.
- The maximum parcel length accepted for ParcelShop deliveries is 120cm.
