More than 98% of our parcels are delivered on time. If your customer is not sure they’ll be in or doesn’t have a safe place or neighbour to divert to, we can also deliver items to one of our ParcelShops to collect from.
Our ParcelShops are based in 8,500+ local businesses across the UK, including Tesco Express stores and selected Post Offices.
With 93% of the UK population living within 2 miles of a ParcelShop or Locker, we’ve made sure our locations are convenient to suit any customer schedule, with most including:

Customers can simply select the Evri ParcelShop option at some retailer checkouts or divert their parcel and find the ParcelShop that's most convenient. Once delivered, your customer can collect their parcel any time within opening hours.
Simple parcel returns with Evri
Give your customers quick and simple ways to return their items:
- Customers can book a return online through our website or app and print the label at home or using our Print In ParcelShop devices. They can drop off the parcel at their nearest ParcelShop and hand it straight to the shop assistant or place it inside one of our secure Lockers.
- If you have a business or corporate account with us, you can open a returns account. This means returns can be made free for customers and they can simply head to their local ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device to carry out the whole process in-store.
