Welcome to the new Hermes website! It’s simpler and easier to use than ever.

You might’ve seen it already – we’ve had it up and running for a while as an option, adding new features and testing it as we go. But now it’s ready and it’s live. So, see this as our housewarming.

Behind the scenes, we’re still offering you the same, great service, but we’ve been working hard and using your feedback to make every feature and service as intuitive as possible.

• Sending is quick and simple. We’ve got two simple delivery options: Next Day or Standard (2-4 days).
• It’s easier than ever to return parcels. Find your retailer on our Return page, fill in the details, and either drop off your parcel at a ParcelShop or Locker or let a courier collect it from your door
• Track your parcels with one click. Use your 16-digit tracking number to find out where your parcel’s at and when we expect to deliver it
• New and improved dashboard.  Sign up and log in to keep tabs of all the parcels you’re sending

We’re not stopping, though. We’ll constantly be improving what we’ve created, as well as adding new features.
