Parcel cover and signature update

We have an exciting announcement to make.

As of 00.00am on the 8th January, we will be lowering the cost of your parcel cover*.

If you cover any parcel valued between £25.00 and £50.00, you will no longer need a mandatory signature.

So good news, the cost of covering your parcel will now be cheaper than ever! 

For example, if you send a parcel for an item valued at £40.00 without signature, you will now only pay £0.45 compared to £1.30 previously. 

In addition, we have also reduced the overall cost of a signature for all our customers from £1.00 (Inc. Vat) to £0.80 (Inc. Vat). So, if you wanted to send a parcel covered and with a signature, it’s still cheaper overall.

Prices start from just £2.75 and, with free cover on items worth up to the value of £25, sending a parcel myHermes is click and easy. 

*This change only applies to parcels being sent within the UK.
