How Evri is delivering innovation behind the scenes

We're always looking for ways to make parcel delivery simpler, smarter and more sustainable. While you might know us for our ParcelShops, Lockers and couriers, there’s a whole world of innovation happening behind the scenes to improve how we deliver for you – and we're excited to share some of it with you this World Creativity and Innovation Day.

Meet our robot dog

You may have seen this on social media – our prototype delivery robot dog! It’s being tested to accompany couriers on their rounds and even deliver parcels simultaneously. This robot can capture photos to provide proof of delivery and support consumers who need more time to get to the door. It’s just one of the ways we’re exploring to make doorstep delivery even smarter.

Putting customers first with personalised deliveries

Our innovation doesn’t stop at robotics. We’re exploring how to make your experience even more personal. By combining data such as past reviews, courier ratings and location type, we’ll be able to make deliveries work better for you. In the future, we aim to adapt deliveries to your preferences so we can always get it right.

Smarter training with extended reality

We’re also researching extended reality and AI to create training and support tools for our couriers. By using cutting-edge tech, we aim to help them deliver with even greater confidence, care and accuracy.
