Evri offers a variety of early career opportunities, including graduate schemes, apprenticeships, internships, and work experience programmes. These initiatives provide practical experience, mentorship, and hands-on learning in Operations, Logistics, Digital, Finance and much more! By joining these programmes, young professionals gain valuable insights and skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for successful careers. Evri is committed to supporting career growth and development at every stage, making it an ideal choice for those starting their professional journeys.

Graduate schemes

Our graduate programme is a scheme that allows recent graduates to gain practical experience, giving them a head-start to their career at Evri.

Each graduate will receive a mentor and attend additional development days, focused enhancing graduate capabilities and skills, accelerating their performance. At Evri we offer two types of graduate programmes:

  • Placed graduates – placed into one area of the business and have a consistent job role.
  • Rotational graduates – 6-monthly rotations, exposing young professions to different areas of our business, gaining extensive experience across departments and roles.

Typical Duration: 18 months – 3 years.

School visits

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships provide a way for young professionals to gain hands-on experience, whilst studying for a nationally recognised qualification, enabling them to learn whilst they earn! All apprenticeships are delivered by registered training providers, partnered with Evri. You will be given a skills coach and tutor to support you with your learning and development and in some cases, may require day release to attend college or university.

Qualifications can include:

  • Standards or NVQs/SVQs – Dependent on whether you live in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
  • Technical qualifications – including Degrees, CIPD, Cat C License, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, CMI or ILM, APM to name a few
  • Functional skills – Qualifications in English, Math’s and IT.

Duration: 12 months min - 4 years max dependent on type and level of apprenticeship.

Work experience

Our work experience programme is aimed at School and College students to provide learning and insight by exposing them to a variety of tasks and experiences, helping inform their career choices. The placement usually lasts for 1-2 weeks.

Internships

Our Internship programmes are offered to University students who are looking to spend some time in industry, gaining real life work experience. The aim is to provide learning and insight by exposing the Intern to a variety of tasks and experiences. Internships can last between 1 month - 1 year.
